All personalities are sympathetic or humorous or both down to the small boy who gets involved in rehearsals for the stage event, I had seen the film before closer to when it came out. The Full Monty, one of my favourite all tme films!

This is a very affecting film about men suffering the shame of unemployment and lack of opportunity after the steel works close down.

The movie starts off slow as the plot builds but within a short time she was laughing so hard I had to put the movie on pause so she could catch her breath. It's still a good movie though. Reviewed in the United States on July 10, 2017. Besides being a great British Comedy, the film also touches on serious subjects such as unemployment, fathers' rights, depression, impotence, homosexuality, body image, blue collar class culture, and suicide. Bright and sassy, "The Full Monty" is a treat.
